Spider Pig offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom house in Gariep Dam. Gariep Dam is located just off the N1 between Johannesburg and Cape Town, on the Orange River, and is a water sports haven and an ideal stopover destination for travellers.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms, a shower, a separate bathroom, a lounge and dining area, and a kitchen. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite shower, and the second and third bedrooms contain twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, linen, towels, and electric blankets.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, a stove, a microwave, and cutlery and crockery, and the lounge area is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels. The house is fenced and there is a garden with built-in outdoor braai facilities. There is a also a courtyard where pets can be kept safe.
Various activities can be enjoyed in the surrounding area, such as boat cruises, watersports, tubing, bowling, river rafting, horse riding, and dam wall tours.

A’Damsview is located in Gariep Dam and boasts one of the best views of this marvel. It is situated approximately 5 km from the N1 and is about halfway between Cape Town and Johannesburg.
The accommodation comprises 3 standard units and 4 luxury units. The Luxury Units have a fireplace for those cold winter nights, coffee- and tea-making facilities, air-conditioning as well as beautiful views from the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and braai area. Two of the luxury units have spa baths to ensure a pampering stay. The Standard Units offer ideal overnight accommodation with coffee- and tea-making facilities. The standard units have no view.
The Combo Unit combines the luxury and standard unit in 1 building, accommodating 4 guests. All the units are on the ground floor except the Loft.
The whole building, apart from the bedrooms, is monitored by CCTV cameras as an added security measure. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Each unit has an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower, that is large enough to dress in. In addition, the units offer limited semi self-catering facilities including a small fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and cutlery and crockery.
